Return & Cancellation Policy

Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from receipt of order to request a refund. Items in any condition (opened or unopened, used or unused) are eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund is processed to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take up to 7 days for a refund to show, depending on your bank. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at care@healthscreenassist.com.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until the date they are shipped. The return policy applies once items have been shipped. To cancel, use Easy Cancel.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email care@healthscreenassist.com or call +1 (866) 651-3906.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
